Seeking experienced income tax preparers for the upcoming tax season. Requires an in-depth knowledge of individual and/or business taxation as well as strong computer and organizational skills. Must produce timely, accurate work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to identify opportunities for tax-savings for clients. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complicated tax concepts to clients while building long-term relationships.

CPA/EA preferred, but not required; PTIN required. Familiarity with Creative Solutions Practice management and UltraTax software a plus.

Hiring for both our Milford and West Chester offices.

Part-time bookkeeper in Buffalo, NY

We are a small accounting firm in Buffalo, NY providing accounting and consultancy services to a wide variety of small-business clients. We are starting to grow and looking for additional help with some basic bookkeeping for a handful of clients.

Tasks include categorizing expenses, reconciling bank accounts, tracking accounts payable, preparing reports, etc. Most work will be in Quickbooks Online with a lot of reporting and anciliary tracking in Google Sheets.
